Brenda speaks at women’s church conferences, women’s business conferences, women's retreats, colleges, wellness events and professional training meetings. She also teaches Food for Life classes with cooking demonstrations. Brenda holds her Master's of Arts in Education degree from Bluefield University. She received her Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies & Cornell University & she is a licensed Food for Life instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
